At Secret Circus, fitness takes flight—literally! Our aerial circus classes mix creative movement, gravity-defying tricks, and a whole lot of laughter. We teach hoop, silks, sling, tumbling, and acrobatics to kids aged 6+ and all the way up to adults of every age. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence while having more fun than you thought possible at “exercise.”

There's no strength or flexibility requirement to start with us, just a - "Wow that looks fun, I want to give it a go!" look for the introductory sessions on the timetable for a place to start.

Founded by Emily Garrod Cox, Secret Circus is a brave space where creativity, courage, and community come together. Emily has cultivated a supportive environment that curates empowering experiences for every member, so you can grow not only as a student but as an artist. We even create shows so everyone gets the chance to shine as an aerial performer! Our passionate instructors will cheer you on every step (and spin) of the way, and you’ll quickly discover a welcoming community of fellow flyers who’ll feel like family.
